Return and Refund Policy – Glowtech KSA

For Saudi Arabia, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. 

Defective or damaged items can be returned anytime within the warranty period.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2 business days if your refund is approved. 
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer within 5-7 business days. 

Please note it can take extra time for your bank to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping. 
If you change your mind, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
